There are several green grounds for building the projects.

Plot No 1

It is situated on the territory of Sokolsky district 120km from Nizhny-Novgorod, close to the village of Yurkino and 10km from Sokolskoe on the bank of the Gorky Sea. The area of the plot is 220hectares. Type of land - agricultural land. Road connection with the plot-5km road with hard covering and 5km - earth road. Electricity line goes through the plot to Yurkino. There is gas supply 7km from the plot. The ground looks like a cape limited on one side by the Gorky Sea and from the other side, by the river Mocha. The beach length is 5-7km on both sides of the cape. The beach - is white sand. The main part of the territory is a field; shore zone is represented by copses of pine rocks. Beautiful landscape.

It is planned to create a cottage city on the territory (about 200hectares) in the form of 10-15 complexes of accommodation and infrastructure: medical, health (including spa-centre), sport and entertaining centres (20hectares) in order to provide leisure services for holidaymakers. Accommodation is recommended to be built in the style of Old Russian architecture. The originality of architectural-building decision includes houses for accommodation of holiday makers should be wooden and have style elements of Old Russian architecture (Russian style) underlining the image of old Russia as well as image of ecologically clean holiday. In Sokolsky district enriched with forest resources there are wood processing factories which specialize in building wooden houses from calibrated logs.

Complex infrastructure:

1. In each accommodation complex it is planned to build collective types of accommodation of the category 3,4,5*, approximately 17 comfortable two-storied wooden houses equipped according to the European standards and decorated with modern building materials.

2. In each house there should be 6-8 double rooms (with a possibility of an extra bed); a balcony or a terrace, an air conditioner, satellite TV, a telephone, a fridge (mini-bar), a safe, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, in 5* category - houses with fireplaces.

3. Medical centre (spa-health complex): treatment corpus with modern diagnostically equipment and treatment rooms, modern spa-centre, centre of non-traditional medicine, health complex with open (heated) and covered swimming pools and aqua slides, saunas, Russian style baths, massage rooms etc.

4. Sport centre: sport halls, gyms, fitness-studios, 3-4 tennis courts etc

5. Entertainment complex proposes the following: set of restaurants with different types of cuisine (Russian, European, eastern etc); cinema-concert hall, conference-halls, internet cafe, disco hall, bowling, billiards, piano, jazz bars, gambling machines, horse riding school, yacht club (from the side of the river Moksha); children club, shops, hairdresser's, also on the territory -gazebos, chapel.

Organization of leisure time: sport and dance programmers during a day; evening entertainment programmers, yacht and boat sailing, cycling, beach football and volleyball, surfing, rafting, horse riding, for those who wish the following can be arranged: hunting and fishing in dense national parks of Sokolsky  district, excursions to Gorodets, Semenov, Svetloyar, Kovernino, Chkalovsk, Balakhna, Diveevo, Boldino, Pavlovo etc.

Specialisation of the services: holiday on the Gorky Sea and health spa complex of services.

The plot has a good sandy beach, layer of blue (cosmetic clay), and a pine-tree forest. On the territory it is planned to build 12-15 wooden houses for accommodation and objects of infrastructure: a restaurant, sport-health centre, beach holiday types. Complex on plot No 2 can be considered as one of the objects of the complex on Plot No 1 and be included into one system of spa-health and entertainment systems.

Approximate amount of investments is USD 4-5 million.

It is necessary to organize transport communications between territories of the two plots and objects of infrastructure.

Plots No 3 and No 4    

Two grounds (plots no 3 and no 4) of Sokolsky district are located on a peculiar peninsula bordered on the south side with the river Micha, on the north side - the river Sirmaksha, on the west side - the Gorky Sea. Plot No 3 is located on the territory of Sokolsky district, on the shores of the Gorky Sea38 km from Sokolskoye and is bordered with the territory of the village of Dresvishi.

The area of the plot is 6 hectares. Type of land - reserved land. The plot represents a field and pine tree forest.

There is a road with hard covering to the village of Dresvishi (100metres). There is electricity supply line directly from the plot. In 2008 it is planned to build gas supply line. The tide of the Gorky Sea when the river Shirmaksha flows into it, creates great conditions for organizing yacht clubs.

It is planned to create objects of recreation in the form of 15-20 wooden houses, spa-health and entertainment centres.

Object specialization: holiday on the Gorky Sea, spa-health complex of services, yachting. Approximate amount of investments - USD 5 million.

Plot No4 is located  on the territory of Sokolsky district, on the shores of the Gorky Sea 41 km from Sokolskoye, close to Vyazovky and 3 km from Dresvishi.

The area of the plot is 7hectares. Type of land - reserved land. The plot represents a field, pine tree forest and undergrowth. There is a road with hard covering to Vyazovky. There is electricity supply line directly from the plot. In 2008 it is planned to build a gas supply line.

Object specialisation: holiday on the Gorky Sea and spa-health complex of services.

Approximate amount of investments is USD 5-7 million.

There are some grounds in Sokolsky district located on the shores of the Gorky Sea, the category of land of which in a majority of cases relates to lands of forest fund.

One of the most prestigious grounds in Sokolsky district is a ground of 2, 5 thousand hectares forest land of the first category. The ground represents a peninsula divided from the north by the river Micha, from the south - the river Smil and located on the border with Gorodetsky district. The main territory is pine tree forest; there is a considerable large field in the northeastern side of the ground close to the village of Belyn. On the territory it is planned to build no less than 20 hotel-tourist complexes, including a spa-health and entertainment centres, golf club and yacht club. There are also no less than 7 more plots in the territory of the district: near Kurtyuga – 65hectares, near Kudrino - 55hectares, near Kornoukhovo - 48hectares, near Taratishevo - 39hectares, near Belyn – 14hectares with total area of 221hectares relating to lands of forest fund. Nature conditions, flora and fauna, picturesque landscape of the area, gently sloping sandy beach represent great conditions for ecologically clean and a diverse holiday. In the southern part of the district it is possible to develop objects of spa-recreation tourism, in the northern part of the district - objects with specialization of hunting-fishing tourism as well as with the possibility of organization of "green stops" for cruise ships.
