4. Short description of the project.

This complex is for providing services for both tourist from other cities (in future even international ones) and for expansion of the range of tourist services for citizens of Arzamas and the south of Nizhegorodsky region.
This complex consists of two parts. One part under the assumed name "Office" will be located in a two-storied building being the property of the founder OOO "tourist company 'Twelve Months'". The building is located at the address: 5, Sevastopolskaya str, the town of Arzamas, i.e. in the centre of the city not far from bus connection and a convenient access road for cars.
There will be an office of the tourist company "Twelve months" in this building as well as a cafe, approximately 400m2. will be allocated to build a hotel for 30 rooms.
The second part of the complex under an assumed name "Camping" will be located at the address: 9A, Zhukovsky str, (former car base No 2). This part of the complex will consist of a hotel for 70 rooms with a sauna and a gym, car parks, car services and a restaurant.
Plan of the complex includes provision of the whole specter of tourist services as well as realization of additional programmers worked out by OOO "Tourist Company 'Twelve Months'", namely, first of all:
a) Excursion programmer for individual tourists and tourist groups on the routes: Arzamas-Diveevo-Boldino; Arzamas-Diveevo;
b) Programmer "I know my city! “ The purposes of this programmer are as follows: knowledge of the history of a native city, increasing cultural-education level first of all of the pupils which are considered to be an important stage in the plan of a preparing the city ready to be included into "Golden Ring" cities.
During our work with tourists from other cities we came to the conclusion that citizens of Arzamas do not know enough about the history of their city. We believe that a special attention should be paid to studying the history of local region in school curriculum. Thus, it is suggested that history lessons should include topical excursions around the city which will be organized by the proposed complex. Here are some topics for such excursions:
"Along historical places of Arzamas"
"Along saint places of Arzamas"
"Literature of Arzamas"
At the end of such excursions it is suggested to carry out competitions among pupils as to the best knowledge of their own city and the winner should receive a trip "Across the cities of the Golden Ring".
For the purposes of realization of these two programmers it is planned to obtain two comfortable buses.

5. Total amount of the necessary investments to realize a part of the project 'Office" is USD 8 million. Total amount of the necessary investments to realize a part of the project "Camping" is USD 30 million.

b) obtaining the necessary equipment for the hotel and cafe;
c) obtaining office equipment;
d) obtaining two comfortable buses;

f) Personnel training.
6.2. For the project "Camping" on the territory of the former car base No 2:9a, Zhukovsky str,
a) construction of a three-storied building for a hotel for 70 rooms with a sauna and gym;
b) obtaining the necessary hotel equipment;
c) Construction of a car park;
d) Construction and equipment of car services' box with an area of 900m2

25% - founders of OOO "Tourist company 'Twelve months'"; 75% - investment crediting.
b) for the project "Camping":
20% - founders of OOO "Tourist company 'Twelve months'"; 80% - investment crediting.

b) For the project "Camping" - 1 year.
9. Approximate compensation period of the project - 5 years.
