The Nizhniy Novgorod region

Dzerzhinsk is the second-largest city of Nizhniy Novgorod area, one of the important industrial, cultural and scientific centers. It is located on the left the bank of the Oka, in 35 km to the West from Nizhniy Novgorod in Moscow direction on the railway, in 39 km on motorways (32 km on Moscow highway, further after turn on the left 6 km on a Northern highway). 267, 7 thousands people is its population.
