Situated on the shore of the wooded lake Kustorka, the resort is 20 Km from Pavlovo. The resort can generally only take bookings for the summer.
The resort can offer its guests newly built wooden cottages and a brick accommodation block. The cottages have from 3 to 6 double, triple or quadruple rooms with communal facilities. The resort also has a dining room, Kids' Club, Russian bania and dance floor.
