Situated in the health resort complex Gorkovsky reservoir, close to the village of Aksentis 20 km away from Gorodets.

What is treated here? Complaints of the central and peripheral nervous system, feet and legs, orthopedic injury, gynecological and genitourinary complaints, sterility (of both sexes), diseases of the respiratory system, cardiac blood system, skin diseases, treatment and monitoring of pregnant women, relaxation for families with small children, treatment for obesity, a programme for treating alcohol-damaged livers and another one for treating the digestive system. In 2006 the sanatorium opened a department for reabilitation of the diseased after hospital treatment: completing the cure of the diseased people endured sharp infringement of mental circulation of the blood; treatment of pregnant women belonging to risk group; treatment of diabetes.

Methods of diagnosis and treatment: Mud bath treatment using local peat for dermatological treatments, water treatments, including curative saunas and the use of local mineral waters, underwater massage, physiotherapy, lager therapy, correction of the spine, healthy food, workouts, intestine cleansing, massage, inhalations, ozone therapy, alternative medicine: acupuncture, chiropractic, apiculture and leech therapy. The use of computers in the diagnostic process is widespread. There’s also a dentist surgery.

 Accommodation: Three 3-storey modern and well-equipped accommodation blocks. Each room has all amenities: hot and cold water, central heating, a toilet, a covered balcony, a shower (and in the deluxe rooms, a Jacuzzi), in the mini-flats in the third block there are saunas. All the rooms have a fridge, a telephone and a television (in the deluxe rooms –a VCR).

Facilities: A club, a disco, a snooker room, a library, bars, sports grounds and tennis courts, cosmetics room, a hire shop, a gym, a solarium, mapped out health walks, pony trekking, a sauna with a pool and waterfall, snowmobiles for the winter and sailing in summer, organized excursions and transport service, banqueting, seminar and summer school facilities.
