It is situated in a resort village of Zeleny Gorod, in ecologically clean area, about a 20 minute car trip from Nizhny Novgorod. The sanatorium is basic, many-profiled and one of the biggest in the Volga federal region.

Accommodation: Guests are accommodated in the complex of 4 medicinal buildings, in a cottege with luxe-apartments and in a 7-storey sleeping building equipped with lifts.
